Should i go high performance!???? whta to do??

hey you guys heres the thing
i own a 89 cheyenne (mexican)
the truck is completely original , everything sotck from factory even exhaust system , quiet original , eveything works as it should
time ago i started buying performance parts for 350 engines , found lots of deals so now i have a nice combo here it goes

Holley 750 vaccum sec
edelbrock RPM vortec intake manifold
vortec 062 heads
comp cams xe268 .480 lift
msd 6a ignition box
hedman long tube headers
2 magnaflow mufflers

the truck has a 4 speed manual trans and its my daily driver

should i go for it???
any thougths??
