Hi guys, I've been looking to find a 3.42 rear axle for my '86 C10 2wd which has a 2.73 right now. Well, I finally found one, but it's a G20 Van unit 3.42 posi. I read somewhere that G20 axles are wider, but I don't know HOW MUCH WIDER overall. I do know that I need to modify the spring perches. Just need to know the difference in overall length.
