C4 Vette Suspension Width and Wheels 47-54

Seriously considering C4 vette front and rear suspension for my 50.

For the front:

Progressive Automotive's front width for 84-87 is 58.5" and to make it that width they require the t bird rack.

Flat Out Engineering's front width 84-87 is 60", and that uses the stock vette rack.

I guess the stock truck front width is 60"

For the rear:

Progressive replaces the whole back frame to narrow it up, not sure what they end up with for hub to hub width.

Flat out uses the stock truck frame, they end up with the stock vette width of 60 1/2" for the 84-87.

Of coures the 88-96 is 1" wider front and rear.

What is the stock rear width hub to hub on a 47-54?

What hub width would I want front and back to run some wheels with backspacing on them. Like to have the spokes of the wheels set in some like this blue truck. Worried that if I get too wide of hub to hub width I will end up needing rims with 0 backspacing or having to widen up the fenders to fit wider rims.
