List of Nuts and Bolts, by Area?

Is there a list of bolt sizes and quantities required to build a 67-72 from the ground up? For instance, if I take my bed off and want to replace the hardware, what will I need? Maybe I am redoing my whole drivetrain, any list for that?

I think I have seen a list for the bed only but am wondering about the rest of the vehicle. I'm going to be buying hardware by the pound and I'd like to get it all in one go if possible.

Alternatively, what are the most commonly used sizes? What grade is the most useful? I have read that grade 5 is a good bet, grade 8 is only beneficial for drivetrain, suspension etc.. Is stainless steel worth the cost for a daily driver?

So many questions...
