manhole cover damage
on a 55 Chevy car.
I got these pics from another forum. Always a danger for static drops lower than 4" on our trucks too. The lower control arm just gets too close to the ground. The frame "rolled under" as the crossmember took the hit. Seams ripped, metal tore, and the whole thing was pushed down and back. Ouch!
