Stake Body 64 C10 Project
Thought I would put this here to ask opinions. Building a stake bed for my lwb 64 because i think it will end up cheaper than fixing the bed i got with it which needs $$$ in replacement panels. So here goes nothing... Making the frame for it out of 3" C channel and putting flat stock steel along the sides. Should be starting tomorrow or the next day when the steel shows up and some shop space clears.
Here is the poll portion of the thread.... the dang sides. Too many options so i drew up 8 of them and want your opinions. also, I am attaching some ideas for "tailgates" for a stakebed (please forgive a F#$^ and a D*&%#$) any suggestions advice would be greatly appreciated. oh and I know it is a 60-63 cab in the drawings but couldn't find the equivalent drawing from a 64-66 catalog.
