I NEED TO KNOW WHERE THIS HOLE GOES TO DOES THIS MEAN THE SPOUT HAS TO FACE TO THE DRIVERS SIDE/ I AM GOING TO RUN A OIL TUBE IN THE INTAKE AND THE SCRIPT VALV E COVERS WITH AN EDEWLBROK 1406 CARB
