Rear brakes locking up too early.

I just fixed my brakes by replacing the master cylinder, a caliper, a wheel cylinder, and a hose, but now I have a new problem.

My rear brakes are locking up too early. Is my proportioning valve bad or can an air bubble in a front brake cause this. I'll admit that I ran out of daylight and didn't finish bleeding the front left as well as I could have.
