Best vent window replacement options.

I got my first C-10 yesterday from California. First thing I noticed is the vent window will not shut. The molding stops it. I searched and read for an hour or more and I gathered the concensus is to replace the vent window is the easiest thing for most with the best results.

I did see a thread or two mention some of the replacements can rust pretty easy.

I was wondering what would be the best option? I dont want to deal with trying to figure out how to replace all the rubber myself and end up with poor results.

thanks everyone. Looks like I will be asking a lot of questions soon. I will make sure I search first!

EDIT- It is a 1970.
