A/C Condenser as a Tranny Cooler????
I have a wierd idea and wanted to see what people thought. I have a 72 4x4 blazer that was an original AC truck. I live in Alaska, and have no use for the AC. I was never planning to put the AC compressor, hoses, drier, and condenser on, though I still have the parts. I was planning on putting an additional (aftermarket) tranny cooler on.
Here is the weird idea, what if I just plumb my tranny cooler lines into the a/c condenser instead of an aftermarket cooler? I think it would serve the purpose of the tranny cooler, but look stock. I am a "stock" kind of guy....to a point. What do you guys think? Thanks for your input. John
