TH200-4R / TH350 swap

Has anyone replaced a Th350 with a TH200-4R tranny?

How hard was it and how hard would it be for me (19 yrs. old w/ no tranny experiance)? (But we have a family friend in the tranny bussness)

Did you just instal a floor shifter instead of the one on the colum and get a new steering colum (maybe a tilt one )?

Aren't the main things moving the rear bracket about 6" , adjusting the trottle valve, and the shifting part?

And did you buy a new one (and from where) or a used one from the treasure (junk) yard?

Thanks a bunch,
Michael
