Corsair the rims are just regular 15 inch steel rims. I guess the 67 half tons had 15 inch rims. I want to find some original full hubcaps with the black center and the white letters.

Rick the truck has been painted. After I started looking more closely I see that the top was painted white when it was new, and the bottom was a metallic blue. It is the same color that you see on the dash.
At one time someone paited the lower portion of the truck white too (under the side chrome which is missing). I can see where the overspray hit the back of the cab and the front of the bed, but there is blue under that paint. On the top the white is the first layer.
