Smaller rear bag?

I put RE-7's on all corners of my 68 LWB. At ride height I'm only at 30 lbs in the rear. I'm running 15" steel wheels that seem to limit me to a fairly short lowering block in the rear, I think it's 1-1/2" block. If I go to a 6" or 5.5" bag I know it should bump up the pressure and firm up the ride, right? What bag should I get? What is a good pressure to shoot for?
