1st post newbie 65 c10

decided to start on my 65 c10. got it from my grandpa, been sitting for 15-20yrs. 230 6cyl, 3 on tree. engine is froze, i pulled the head off and it had lots of rust in the cylinders, and in the water passages. i put some oil in the cylinders to see if it will loosen up , but ill probaly have to pull the motor and head to the machine shop.
