10th Birthday Gift, Father/Son Project Truck
So I gave my 10 year old Son a project truck for his 10th birthday. Its a 1985 Chevy 1500 4x4, Burb front clip, newer 350 crate, 700R4, Air, Tilt, Cruise, and soon to have 91 Burb power doors with power mirrors. I told him that after we do the body work, He can pick a color. He said "How bout black!?!"
Next on the to do list is, bolting the "new" box down, install bumpers, hitch, carpet, gauge bezel, rad, cab corners, and get rid of the full time 4wd transfer case in exchange for the transfer case I pulled out of an 89 burb I parted out. So that should keep us busy for a while!
