my 84 swb by wcdfab
Hey guys. I lurked the forum for about a year getting ideas for my truck. Now thats its done I figured I would share the build. All the fab work was done by my friends shop.
here is the truck done Here is what it looked like when I got it from Dino. Tons of fab work has been done to the truck. My favorite part of the truck is the rear end. Every piece was hand made by Willy(my friend with shop) from the c-notch to the four link. He also pancaked both fuel tanks 3 inches and made new mounting straps so they could remain with the truck keeping both my fuel doors functional. The 7 gallon air tank was added to the spare tire location and a custom mounting plate was made for the air manifold so it could be mounted inside the frame but still be easily accessed. He also made a really slick transmission crossmember that has a rounded edged to keep it smooth incase it catches something in the road. notch bed cut out bed being filled in bracing for rear bag mounts fuel tanks, 4 link, supports and manifold. clearance when frame is on ground.
