6.0 swap, PB vacuum connection??

Here is a picture of what I have. Seems GM stuck a plug in the back of the intake with a quick disconnect fitting.

So I stopped at the dealer today thinking surely they also made a fitting with a hose barb for vacuum assist brakes. I know all these newer trucks aren't hydroboost.
Well according to the parts guy, GM doesn't make any sort of hose barb fitting. I find it hard to believe that GM made this intake with a vacuum port, then went through the trouble to design a quick disconnect fitting with a plug,,,and then not offer a hose barb in it's place. Why go through that trouble??

Anyway, I know this swap has been done before,,,,what did you guys do for your 3/8 vacuum hose on the PB booster?? Find a fitting from somwhere else?? Thanks.
