76 Dana 44 Steering Arm

I just picked a set of 76 Chevy 4x4 axles to put under my 55 pickup to replace some early 60s 4x4 axles. The front axle is a Dana 44 and the steering arm is missing. I need new studs, cone washers and nuts also. The stock arm would be within about 1-1/2" of the height if the pitman arm so an arm for a 4" plus lift will not work. Where can I find a stock arm, studs, cone washers and nuts?
