fuel tank building research

For you guys that built your own tanks, where did you get the hardware from.Filler necks, flapper valves, etc.I've decided on building my own tank out of stainless,it's going to be fastened to a toolbox wich in turn will be bolted to the bed.I want to keep my spare and gain room in the cab.I've seen some filler necks on the catalogs and street rod publications but I've been unable to find a company's website that deals strictly with gas tank components.I would like to incorporate as many safety features as I can on this thing.Any help will be greatly appreciated.HF
