Follow up to my brake light switch question - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Hi All,

I'm just wondering if going with a mechanical brake light switch is a better option? I need this for the TC lock up as well so I'm going to need a 4 contact switch. After reading up on this it sounds like the pressure switches leave a lot to be desired. Has anyone mounted a mechanical switch in their 2nd series? If so got any pictures? If the pressure switch is a popular choice any one have any feed back on it?
