Decode part# please 3817778 ring and pinion gears(pics added)
I know these are 373 gears and are suppose to be NOS. They are date coded 6-71 and are marked 11:41 which is 3.72727727 if divided (3:73) I just need to know if these are truck gears. My buddy purchased them at a swap meet and they were sold to him as car gears and he said they are not for a car he thinks they are truck gears. I will try and post pics of them in the morning. I am pulling 4 12 hr. nights this weekend.
