Show me your notches.

I am trying to gather options/opinions on how to notch the rear of my suburban. Don't be shy, I am not looking to criticise, just looking for options. The rear axle has been flipped and I am now looking to remove a few leaves and add an AOL type system to get it down another inch or two but as I sit now I am about an inch and a half or so from touching frame. My plan as of right now is to cut some pipe and weld it in, then box the frame around it, nothing fancy but should be functional. I know the only option to get it on the ground correctly is to cut up the floor and 4 link it, but I am not sure I want that with this one. So please, let me see what you have.......
