Help! Need Advice or Part

I am restoring a 1955 Chevy Pickup and have a very rusted lower Driver's hinge box. I am not aware of a reproduction part for this so I need advice or someone that can spare this section off of an old cab. The area is the box behind the door hinge on the lower driver's door. I would appreciate any advice or someone that is willing to sell me a section off of an old cab that is rust free at a reasonable price.
