AL 1971 Cheyenne swb BB project/parts

I had this on the "trucks for sale" section with no activity so I'm posting here. I would like to sell it all together, but if there is no interest I will part out. Truck started off life as a 1971 Cheyenne lwb, 402/400, A/C,ps,pb. I set the cab on a 1972 swb frame with front disc and 3.08 open coil rear. Bed (wood floor) is decent with filler on both rear sides around taillights. Cab needs minor floor repair on pass. floor (see pic). Dr. back of cab needs pulled out where bed hit it. The rest of the cab is real nice - perfect firewall and roof. Front cap is so-so. Truck is not running now - I just set all the stuff on the frame and did not hook anything up. The motor does run fine with no smoke or knocks - I drove it before I tore the lwb truck down. Motor is dated June 1971 and includes all A/C brackets, pulleys, fan shroud, kick down, wiring. PS pump was replaced with double pulley type, same lower bracket and remote reservoir. Please ask for more details about it. $2,500 for all of it.
I'll give it a week or two then I'll price the motor/trans, bed, frame, etc...
