Save a '65 C30 Panel

Some folks on a hot rod board I'm on bought a 1965 C30 Panel van without a title. I believe it runs. They had no idea what they were buying, they thought it was a '64 3/4 ton that somehow ended up longer than stock. This is a big ugly beast with a 10 (maybe 9.5) foot bed. They got frustrated with the process in getting a title here in Illinois and plan to part it out and scrap it.
