Chrome plating...OUCH$$$!

Just sent 3 peices to Classic Components for chrome plating...All I can say is $$$$! first, they have no projected completion date, average turn time is 4-6 weeks, so unless you have time on your hands, you must pay a $200 rush fee to get work done timely. I sent in heater box top and two trim plates under hood on my 65, the plate is 45$ and the two trim peices are $75. So, to chrome 3 small peices will be about $400 plus shipping....almost not worth it. I dont think I will be using them again...:-(
