It scares me when people do this.

So I was out cruising with my daughter earlier with the top down in my Blazer when the owner of a local restaurant chain hit me up about buying my Blazer because he's been looking for one for awhile and he REALLY liked mine. When he asked me what it was going to take to buy mine, it scared me because #1) I love my Blazer and I don't think I could ever sell it and #2) How do you put a price on something you labored over for such a long time. I was afraid to tell him a price because I thought he would call my bluff. Anybody else ever have this happen to them?
