Hummer H2 Center Cap Options

I picked up a set of H2 wheels and want to get some center caps to clear my D60 front axle. I figure I'll have to hole saw the cap to access the hub selector. I read somewhere that you need dually caps. I also know there are different caps for steel wheels vs. aluminum...

this style...


anybody thats gone this route, please chime in...
