cst vs non-cst

buying new stuff for a summer project which is originally a cst but with gutted interior so i have a few questions

1. looking at carpet. whats the difference between cst and non cst carpet

2. can i use non cst seat frames and buy the cst foam and covers?

3. 1 of the side panels mounting brackets are gone. what should i do to make new ones or find some?

4. are lmc's rear interior side panels any good? very pricey!!!!

5. Any one know of a automatic tilt column to buy new?

6. are truck tailgates the same as blazers? i know their different on the newer body styles
