Truck and car shop ARGH!!!

Does anyone have an email address for this place? I tried calling many times and either it's busy or I get put on hold forever.

Because I don't use credit cards, I had to mail my order in and I sent a check. It was a large order, over $1,200 so they should be taking that serious don't ya think? That was at the end of March and my bank statement shows that check was never cashed.

I know they got my order because they called me to say 2 items would cost more to ship which I straightened out with them. That's the last I heard from them and still no parts.

They have good prices but it's not worth all this aggravation. This will probably be my last order to them.

I just don't understand why they don't have an email. It's so much simpler for both the customer and them. I can write when I have the time and they can reply when they have the time. Not being a slave to the phone all day long! Someone needs to tell them about the 21st century's invention called email, maybe they will like it.
