31x10.50 or 33x12.50 on a 2wd longbed

I just purchased a 71 longbed which I plan to make a shortbed, but in the meantime while Im gathering parts and supply's to do a frame off, I've been tinkering with the idea of putting some 31 or 33's on some 15x8 ralley's that came with the truck. I prefer the taller tires to fill the wheelwells on a longbed.
You fella's are the experts.....will I have to worry about any clearance issues lock to lock?
Better yet, anyone have pictures of some installed on a 2 wheel drive
