well i got it into the garge...let the teardown begin
![]() it was a tight squeez even with the rollers ![]() got the 60 out and onto some stands to do the inspection. everything looks good. no excessive scaring on the kingpins, no noticble play on the springs and everything feels nice and tight. gears are in great shape too. ![]() just waiting on a free weekend to go to my buddies shop to finish milling down my hubs so i can swap it in. do the "To Do" list: 1. mill D60 hubs to SRW 2. swap in D60 (make top spring plates) 3. do 52" front swap 4. budget shackle flip with 56" rears 5. rock sliders 6. hook up all gauges (only have 1functioning right now) 7. bedline the inside 8. paint.... on the fence on what color to do still but leaning towards some sort of blue again. should keep me busey for the next few months ![]() Last edited by 70 beast; 06-11-2011 at 05:58 PM. |
