GMCPauls Deluxe brake conversion

I recently ordered the Deluxe Brake conversion kit with 9" Booster/MC and prop valve. I'm having a hard time finding a guide or much instructions on this specific kit. It's made by Mcgaughy's. Being that it was originally a Manual drum brake set up, will I need to order new front brake lines as when we mocked up the Booster/MC with the prop valve we noticed that the stock brake lines won't line up. Would I just need to order lines for a power disc set up and this will fix my problems? Thanks!
