Realized the build sheet in the glove box

Yesterday, I realized the build sheet for my truck was in the glovebox. When I bought the truck, I was told it had a 350 in it. It's an automatic. Manual locking hubs.

Build sheet says it's a 305, 4 speed manual transmission, and automatic hubs... So, how can you easily identify if it's a 305 or 350? Also, any telltale signs that the truck was originally manual and converted?
