Dana 70 and 70hd Use different gear sets?

Looking on Ebay(and the net in general) for gearsets for my Dually with a 70 hd...but all I am finding are Dana 70 ring/pinions....but 70 and 70hd master bearing/install kits. do they use the same gearsets? And best I can tell- a 3.54 is the highest gear I can find for it, is that tall as they get?

I'd like to be able to pull my car at 75-80 at about 23-2500 rpm....possible with a non OD trans?
