Is this a member by chance? Any help would be cool

While cleaning out the burb this morning i confirmed my suspicions of it being from Arizona.I found a temporary registration receipt from Mesa,Arizona in 1995 for the burb.there is also a registration receipt for a 70 chevy truck with LP "LADDA".The name on both is Ronald O'Brien. After I found these receipts,Ive been wondering all day if this burb was owned by a board member.Thought it would be cool if it was.If so,would be cool to learn more about the history of the burb.Would blow my mind
