Front was to low, now to high.

I want it to sit level. Truck has drop spindles. It had 2 inch lower front coils. The rear was 3 inches higher then the front. I replaced the front coils with original height ones. Now the rear is one inch lower then the front. If I cut one coil off of the front coils will that lower the front one inch. The rear has a flip kit in it. The original coils are 2 inches taller then the 2 inch drop coils, so I thought it would come up 2 inches. It came up more then 2 inches. Thanks.
