Thinking about bags: need some help

Ok,Well I started the forum with a 68 C10 but it turned out to be a rust bucket that was beyond repair. So I figured I cut my losses and start on something new.
Here it goes though, I am looking at a little newer year truck, more along the lines of a square body. I am wanting to bag it,but I called a couple of the vendors on the forum and a bolt kit is very expensive. I do own a welder but dont think I would trust myself welding in a c notch and bag cups and such.
Does anyone locally here weld that I can help me for some money?
I really also would like to know what is going to be a good kit? I am thinking about the ***************** kit if I have to weld? I would really like to lay it out, maybe just lay frame. Do a set of 22" wheels, something in black with a chrome lip and a nice olive color truck. Really I need some help with this. thanks guys
