How do I tell if I have drop spindles?

I'm trying to determine if PO put spindles on, how can I tell? I can't take the wheel off because it's on bags and my tanks aren't on ATM and my jack won't go low enough to lift it up. I did measure and with 225/70/15, the middle of the wheel bearing is at 14". Trying to order some stuff but don't want to order those if I already have them. Can anyone measure for me?
