Should, or Can I use this Intake?

I am considering using this intake from a 67 327. I want to have the oil fill on the intake. The intake and carb were on a 67 truck.

First question: Can I use this intake with an adaptor to fit a Edelbrock? The pattern on the intake is small and the edelbrock butterflies hit before opening.

Second: The carburetor pictured matches perfectly. Were a set when removed. Carb was rebuild 6 years ago and never used. Noticed the rubber boot on the injector pump is cracked but otherwise looks discolored from cleaning but good.

Anyone think highly of this carb and intake set up or go newer.... Dont think there is an adaptor available to put Edelbrock on the intake?
