Test firing today- trans question

I'm going to fire up the engine today... Just to see if it all works as it should. I have a new cam so in goin to go thru the break in procedure. I figure it will be running for 30-45 minutes. I don't have a driveshaft yet, so with the trans in park will any fluid leak from the tailshaft? I have the old yoke that I could slip in the trans if needed. I just don't want trans fluid going everywhere.
