Post Rear Coil Spring cup qwerstion

Ugh.

I've managed to change out three of my springs/shock absorbers, but the rear driver's side is giving me fits. I can't back out the lower spring cup bolt. It's seized up with about a half-inch of bolt remaining above the cup.

Anybody got a solution? Am I gonna have to hacksaw through the bolt? Can I heat it and bang it loose enough? Is there a tool that fits over the square "nut" that's part of the dang cup so I can hold it steady enough to force the bolt out with my rachet?

I'm in a bind because this is my only vehicle. Any thoughts are 'preciated.

Thanks,
