What did you get done 5/8/2011 mothers day edition

Its been a big week for me truck related... I sent my son upstate a couple of weeks ago to get my 82 out of mothballs and he and his friend made it about a mile down the hill before it died and he couldnt get it going again ( i know why send the kid to do the job i shoulda done myself) so it sat for two weeks in a local repair shop until they could install a new edelbrock carb and a new battery..
So this past friday i took one of the kids who work for me back upstate and we went and picked it up. Of course the nimrods at the shop didnt set the idle right but we adjusted it so it ran nice and went to the local gas station to fill up both tanks.
Well we get it filled up and sure enough gas starts pouring out the right side tank.and it wouldnt run.. so we switched back to the left side tank and she ran fine.. 250 mil;es or so later we arrived back in NJ with her.
On the trip back we noticed that one of the front tires had a bad wobble to it and she would pull to the right so Saturday morning I ran to the local tire shop and put a fresh set of 31 X 10 1/2 tires on the rear and moved the 31X9s that were on the rear up front. That cured the wobble.
While it was on the lift there we also did a grease and oil change.
I was able to see that the gas leak is coming either from the sending unit and or the gasket for it, so i ordered a whole set up for the right tank.
In addition i noticed my old shocks were completely rusted out and shot so I bought a set of four gas shocks for it and found the idler arm and inner tie rod end on the left side was bad So i bought those parts too.
The parts werent going to be in until today so we spent the rest of the day on the boat.. today i got in my parts and being it was mothers day we went to my moms and had dinner three generations worth of mothers from the family..
tomorrow im hoping to cut off the old bed so i can do the tank and rear shocks easilly and put the new bed on thats been sitting in my yard for about three weeks.. then onto the front end work..
How about you all?
