newbie here needing advice on coil drop

hey guys, new to the site. im looking at buying a 67-72 long bed, for some reason the lwb trucks have stuck to me. im wanting to lower one. i found the kit i want, i just wanted to ask some questions about doing it. the kit is like $329 on CPP for 3/5 drop coils and shocks. im 19, so i could care less about the ride. has anyone had experience with these? and if so were they good? how hard and what all do you have to do to install? and if you guys want, could you post pics of your lowered long beds? ive seen the threads before on them, but hey, doesnt hurt to ask. you guys have some killer trucks and hopefully soon i will have one to post. thanks a bunch in advance! oh and how to i drop the rear 5 in if its a leaf spring rear? cuz front can still use the same drop coils. and ive heard people say something about jeep springs? could someone tell me how that works cuz id love to save money. college loves its money.
