More 3/4 rear drum questions
Alright.. (taking 5 mins to condense my story).... OK!. Was using this awesome thread for research to replace my wheel cylinder .. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=283587 .. I bought the spindle socket with the 6 prongs on it. Its all good until this point. I found a huge nut after i took the shaft out. I tried using a large pair of channel locks to turn it. And DID seem loose but only maybe 1/16th of the circle. if that made sense ?*** Question is, do i just use my brute strength to turn it with the hopefully right size socket i bought for it?*** Just wasn't sure if there was another cotter pin like the front drums have that I'd rip in half if i just turned it.
Many thanks in advance. First is right after i took the shaft out. Second is that nut. Third is the socket i bought.
