Bed Mounting Bolts

I'm almost ready to re-install the bed on my truck and its been so long since i took it off I cant remember all the details. It is a steel 72 longbed.

I am going to order all new hardware (anywhere better than LMC to get it?). The kit lists Bolts, offset washers, washers, lock washers, and nuts but for some reason I keep thinking there should be some type of rubber spacers or pads between the bed and frame rails? Am I off on that? Becasue I dont see any mention of them in the catalogs for a steel bed, only for the wood beds.
