Bagged 1968 Suburban doing some towing
Thought I would post some pics of our 1968 Suburban. We put in Slam SS7 bags front and rear.2.5 drop spindles. In the back we bolted them in place thanks to a great FAQ on how to do it. No notch as I plan on doing alot of towing and I am scared to comprimise the strength. The truck pulled great with the stock 327 and 400 tranny. The 3:73 gear probably had alot to do with it. It rode awesome. The truck even is very good on fuel good even when towing. We have a Ride tech E2 controller to install this week. Look foreward to having controll of the height when cruzing.
On monday We picked up entourageguy's 62 Impala and the week before we got the trailer is not a "airstream" It is a TRAVELUX made in Ontario Canada. I will post pics of the trailer and truck in the next post below.
