Angry pulling my hair out. Front bumpstops!

67 crossmember 76 everything else front end. I'm spending more money on bumpstops than gas these things won't stay in. I've evn ruined 2 good tires. Only the drivers side falls out 5th one in 6 months I'm using energy suspension poly bumpstops I've tried glueing them in I've tried screwing them in. I'm about to run some steel through one and weld it in. It does touch the bumpstops at ride height. I love the way it rides and handles with this setup I just cant make it last. Do I need to bite the bullet and get nw springs shocks and some drop spindles.......
