Can't find post on plug wires

I saw a post a few days? ago but can't find it. I want to replace the plug wires on My '72 (350/350 with ram horn exaust). I think the post mentioned using plugs for a big block or for a '75 corvette but not sure?????????? They were worried about getting wires that weren't too short. My wires run under the manifolds and I have an HEI dist.
Guess I want to know what to tell the teenager at the counter at O'rileys'--I was going to get Borg Warner wires.
