What's this worth? need opinions

I have located a almost 100% rust free blazer (what I am told). This is the first time I have bought something in this condition but I am looking for a project that I can work on a little bit at a time when we get extra money here and there.

Its a 72. no motor, has the 4speed and 205 still in it. No A/C. Guy does work with fiberglass molds and supposedly made this top from another. It would take some re-inforcing I am sure. The dash was cut to mount a massive CB it looks like. I don't even think a CD player bezel will cover it up. No front seats. he has another used from grille for it and another tailgate, Original bumper and tailgate are dented. What is a good price for this thing? I understand, not having rust is a good start, but I don't know what a good price is? He WANTS $5000 for it. It has custom for sale signs as you will see.
